Meet Dr. Shah, President and CEO
Dr. Muniza Shah is an expert and trainer in Enterpreneurship , Psycho Social Issues, Mindfulness and interpersonal communication. She has presented in international conferences. Her current research work includes a paper presentation at 2009 Annual Meeting of American Association of Psychiatry and Law. She is an expert, in mental health, relationship issues, adolescent issues, criminal and psychopathic behavior as well as work place psychological and behavioral issues.
Muniza is a graduate of Sind Medical College. She completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency from University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri and Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry form North Western University, Chicago, and University of South Dakota. She is board certified from American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, in Adult and Child Psychiatry. Muniza has also completed a clinical fellowship in the felid of Forensic Psychiatry from University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. She is currently associated with Psychiatry Medical Practice in United States and Pakistan.
Muniza, who is also the Chief Creative Officer at Tohfay.com, leads the international and local vendor relations for the company. Her focus is on business development and public relations. Her ambition is to make Tohfay a brand known for smart people, brilliant ideas, superior execution and global reach.
She is currently Medical Director of Behavioral Health Service at HCA Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, Florida and HCA Orange Park Hospital, Orange Park, Florida.
She is also Medical Director for Pyramid Healthcare Medicaid inpatient rehabs in Pennsylvania.

Syed Mehdi Hasnain is the Lead Trainer & Consultant for Maizan, LLC and is a key Business, Operations and Resource Management leader. A unique career that started working hands-on in diverse industrial, automotive, steel manufacturing, electronics, retail services vocational training comprised leading technical and functional divisions at major Fortune 500 firms in North America, Far East and South Asia.
Mehdi Hasnain with 29 years of experience has served in USA as Worldwide Director of Quality with APC-Schneider; (Data Infrastructures and UPS systems), Global Planning Launch Manager with MEMC (semi-conductor wafers) and Manufacturing Quality Champion with ITT Industries a conglomerate from MI. He is co-founder of first Pakistan based global e-commerce portal Tohfay.com winning the prestigious PASHA awards twice in Pakistan IT industry.
Investing over a decade of Learning and Development initiatives in North America, His recent assignments as Head of Operations with Loads Ltd & International Steels Ltd, Mehdi developed the team and manufacturing protocols at the factory from grounds up instigating a culture of excellence. Mehdi holds BE in Engineering and dual MBA in Operations Management and Finance (PA-USA). He is a Certified Black-Belt for Six- Sigma Quality, Lean, and a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 /TS 16949 Standards.
